Lisa is deeply passionate about guiding patients on their healing journeys, emphasizing connection and empowerment throughout the process. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marriage and Family Studies from Brigham Young University - Idaho in April 2021 and is currently a Behavioral Health Technician while pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University. Lisa is dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgmental, and validating environment where individuals can explore possibilities and heal from their past experiences. She finds fulfillment in supporting others through their struggles, helping them regain control over their lives.


With extensive training and experience, Lisa works with individuals facing a wide array of challenges. She employs various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mind Body Medicine (MBM) to empower her patients to heal and thrive.


Originally from Utah, Lisa now enjoys the warmth of sunny Arizona. A true advocate for connection, she cherishes moments spent with family and friends. In her spare time, she is committed to continuous learning and community engagement, always striving to make a positive impact in the lives of those around her.
