What To Expect

We are dedicated to helping every one of our patients achieve their best possible mental health.

Initial Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation
($399)

Every patient receives a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation during their initial appointment where our psychiatrists will consider a number of factors, including medical and family history, lifestyle, current symptoms, and answer any questions you may have.

Tailored Treatment Plans

We then come up with an individualized treatment plan tailored to each patient's unique needs.

No Show & Cancellation Policies

Initial Intake Appointments

  • For initial intake appointments, you must provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

All Other Appointments

For follow-ups and all other appointments, any no-shows, rescheduling, or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled time will be charged 50% of the service cost.​

​

  • If more than two late cancellations or no-shows occur within 6 months, 100% of the service cost will be charged.​

​

  • If you are unable to attend due to illness or extenuating circumstances, a virtual appointment may be available.​

Payment and Insurance Policies

  • All appointments require a card on file, which will be automatically charged at the time of service.

Additional Policies

  • We cannot see patients with a sex offender status.

​

  • Controlled substances may not be continued, and treatment is determined on a case-by-case basis.
