Superbill Available Upon Request
While we do not accept insurance as an out-of-network provider, a superbill can be provided upon request. This document can be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
(Please note, Medicare and AHCCCS plans are not reimbursable, and reimbursement for other plans is not guaranteed as it depends on your specific insurance policy).

Reimbursement Assistance with Reimbursify:
We have partnered with Reimbursify to make it easy for you to submit claims for out-of-network health insurance reimbursement. There’s no cost for using Reimbursify through our practice. Simply fill out a short form to verify your insurance today and file your out-of-network claims seamlessly.
Flexible Financing with CareCredit (Coming Soon):
CareCredit is a health and wellness credit card offering flexible financing options so you can pay over time for the care you need. With easy and flexible promotional financing, you can manage out-of-pocket expenses without compromising your treatment. The Grove will be offering this service shortly! Our Standard Psychiatry Services & Fees
At The Grove we are committed to providing comprehensive and personalized mental health care. Below are our standard services and fees. Please note that some services may require additional screening or testing, and continuation of treatment from other physicians is not guaranteed.
Initial Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation with Psychiatrist
$399
This 90-minute appointment with our psychiatrist includes a detailed and thorough assessment, resulting in a diagnosis and a personalized treatment plan. Beginning your care with this comprehensive evaluation is crucial, as it allows us to understand your unique needs from the very start, setting the stage for the most effective treatment. To ensure the best care, screening and history forms are required at least 48 hours before your appointment. Our mission is to help our patients uncover the root causes of their struggles, which may require medical tests such as laboratory work, EKG, or imaging (in-office labs and EKG coming soon).

A regular comprehensive evaluation is required as the first step in order to avoid misdiagnosis and to identify any comorbidities. Because of this, we do not offer free consultations. However, you can request a 25 minute consultation for $165 by calling our office.

In some cases, additional screening or testing may be necessary to confirm a diagnosis.
Autism Evaluation
$300 (Additional Fee)
If there is a suspicion of autism during this initial appointment, an additional autism evaluation using the standardized screening CARS2 will be conducted. This type of report is necessary to submit to DDD Services (for those patients who wish to seek assistance and support). The result will be a detailed report of the patient’s condition with treatment recommendations.
25 Minute Follow-Up with Psychiatrist
$165
This session focuses on medication management or behavioral concerns in children. It is not recommended for teenagers and is not intended for therapy.
50 Minute Follow-Up with Psychiatrist
$250
Ideal for teenagers, this session can include therapy with the psychiatrist, in combination with medication management if applicable.
50 Minute Therapy Session with Psychologist
$175
This appointment can be used for various therapeutic approaches, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT). Weekly sessions are recommended, especially for complex cases.
50 Minute Appointment with Behavioral Health Technician
$125
For patients participating in therapy with a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), this session may include Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mind-Body Medicine, Dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), social skills training, and more.
Ketamine Infusion Therapy with Nurse
$399
For established patients only with treatment-resistant depression who are deemed good candidates. Typically, these ketamine infusions are usually recommended in a 6 session course, however we usually review patient response and determine if appropriate to continue with remaining sessions.

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
